Slight seepage past a Stopper or Cork is not considered a defect. Minor surface dimpling or waviness, scratches or blemishes are not considered defects.Defective ItemAny item that is found to be defective either by the manufacturing process or that has been damaged in shipment will be replaced after return of the defective item. All shipping costs to return the defective item will be reimbursed, and the item will be replaced. The management of Dixie Tinworks will determine if the item is truly defective once it is returned and will work with the customer to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
